• Working exclusively on a PIM-Project for a leading Swiss supermarket chain • Participation in client, project team meetings and status update meetings • Compilation of raw product data in highly accurate manner • Offering support and improvements to the product data classification in criteria catalogs • Further close collaboration with the client in the maintenance and update of aggregated data

Participation in supplier visits, strategy and team meetings. Support in bid comparisons and award decisions. Model and analysis of supplier portfolios. Support by the target-performance price comparisons for saving estimations. Preparation of data for price negotiations and presentations. Conduct of market analysis including comprehensive search for foreign suppliers (incl. opening of inquiries as well as criteria based classification) along with the further management of the procurement process.

Dieses Praktikum schließt die Durchführung von einfachen Aufgaben ein. Ein großer Teil des Praktikums war das Erlernen von Kontierung und den Regeln für die Erstellung von korrekten Abschlüssen. Weitere Aufgaben während des Praktikums waren die Buchung einzelner Geschäfte, Kennenlernen des bulgarischen Steuergesetzes, Kommunikation mit dem Finanzamt, Ansprechpartner für Banken und Geschäftspartner und Unterstützung des Buchführers bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses
