Responsible for complaints cost reports. Collaboration with control and rework teams for claimed products.

Managing PTNs (Product Termination Notification) from suppliers for OES organisation (Original Equipment Services / Spare Parts). Ensuring best quality and minimizing costs as much as possible (minimum stocks, continuous deliveries). Checking the part-usage of components in products. Checking storage possibilities of components/products and responsibilities in the OES Sales Identifying the optimal solution regarding PTNs. Dealing with daily short-term problems and quality issues.

Maintaining and updating the electronic catalogs of automotive components. Creating connections between specific components and the cars they fit on; Auxiliary activities that involve high knowledge in automotive.
