- Receipt and preparation for transport and installation of new printing hardware - Decommissioning of existing printing hardware and preparation for replacement and transport off-site - Installation and functional validation of new hardware after replacement - Technical support and troubleshooting for UBS personnel to ensure minimal impact on daily business

- Support for a range of computer hardware and software (Windows and Mac OS X) for students, faculty and staff - Diagnosis of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop systems
