The proposal won in a bidding process against another 6 fund managers. Started the negotiations of the fund management contract and prepared fund raising documents and targets.

 Formulated the 5 years strategy plan for one of Egypt’s local Banks.  Lead Associate in more than 50 Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) reports.  Assisted in the USD 7.75 million-acquisition transaction of Rubex Plastic Manufacturing.  Advised on capital budgeting for two companies in different sectors to help in investment decision.  Lead associate in the sell side advisory team for more than 6 companies in the F&B and retail sector

 Screened more than 20 potential deals with an equity value of more than USD350 million  Developed the standard financial model of Union Capital  Created financial model for the companies under review including financial projections, DCF valuation, comparable valuation, financial analysis, and return analysis.  Analyzed risks & opportunities inherent in industries and companies under review.  Drafted and delivered investment documents including recommendation to the investment committee.
