• Global product manager for intrusion security device sensors & accessories (motion, smoke, glassbreak, beams, contacts, life safety, alarms, etc.) • Ensured the management of all product & accessories lines within the detector device portfolio through the development, introduction/launch, deployment growth, maturity, decline and end of life phases, maximizing revenue and profitability (margins) • Developed business cases, strategies, product roadmaps and requirements, branding programs

• Managed the product development process for fuel cell power modules across various groups and divisions within the company (R&D, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing). • Defined DC and AC backup power market requirements and provided functional descriptions for existing and new products. Target markets: telecom (both wireless and wireline), cable and utilities.

• Carried out consulting in Business Development, Marketing and Research assignments for: ATI Technologies, Homeservice Club, Elections Canada.

• Responsible for the development of a full broadcast equipment product line for the telecom and cable industries. • Worked jointly with regional sales managers to develop business, write proposals and pricing quotes, be awarded projects, and meet customer’s demands. Business ideas from customer visits, sales input, technology forums. • Implemented stringent telecom standards (NEBS, CLEI & TURKS codes) into major products sought by telecom customers.

• Responsible for market and technology based strategic planning development with emphasis on growing the revenue margins and identifying new revenue opportunities for Bell Mobility. • Accountable for meeting corporate planning and research requirements, as judged by senior executives. • Led preparation of Bell Mobility five-ten year subscriber and network long range planning reconciling Sales, Marketing and Network Development and Utilization point of views.

• Participated in a management project that stressed the company’s competitive advantages for the worldwide competition on telecommunications markets.

• Managed and participated in R&D ASIC projects, performed system design life cycle. • Built custom VLSI CDI and CMOS integrated circuits.
