Organising and managing the Art Safari Art Fair (Bucharest, 22-25 May 2014), the first Romanian art fair – develop and implement the project concept together with the managing partners, prepare the project plan and project budget, manage the project team and assign tasks to team members, address issues in a timely manner, adapt solutions to unpredictable situations.

Implementing new investment products and solutions, develop research and training material and hold training sessions for the Sales force; actively manage projects implementation and development and build functional specifications for applications – among projects managed, implementing and testing a Portfolio Monitoring Application, implementing and testing an Online Brokerage Platform; responsible for acquisition, volume and revenue on investment products.

Assure product quality by developing and executing new business test cases according to project requirements and following the SCRUM methodology and financial logic of applications; discuss and advise specific changes for applications implemented to insure they respect the existing legal provisions and financial markets regulations; report defects and proactively work with programmers team to get them resolved; ensure test design is traceable to requirements and achieves a high level of testing coverage.

Loan administration: loan documentation analysis – risk exposure analysis, fulfillment of the eligibility criteria; mortgage loan analysis – attention to risk management conditions and regulations, verifying loan files correctness, eligibility criteria; opening loan accounts; modifying and revising loan conditions; reimbursements assessment; Credit restructuring: elaborating addendums to loan contracts, determining the new balances due after restructuring.
