Responsibilities included : 1) Playing a lead role in developing plots, strategies to tackle client's problems for the brand on regular basis and initiating development of creatives under strict deadlines. 2) Determining, managing and delivering marketing activities within the agreed budget and ensuring that the budgets are managed properly. 3) Assisting in coordinating creative, media and production team in concept development.

Responsibilities included : 1) Building and maintaining client relations: Being the interface between marketing department and clients as well as advertising agencies. 2) Creating and facilities Ideas: Teaming up with department head and field executives to brainstorm and determine the kind of advertising schemes/proposals/rates keeping in mind the best interest of the client/agency. 3) Coordinating and reporting : Tracking performances and sending monthly reports to AGM and VP Marketing.

Intern at Technopark Business Incubation Center (TBIC) Park Center, Technopark (Trivandrum, Kerala) for 8 weeks doing Market research on "Effective communication and branding strategies".

Responsibilities included : Sourcing, screening, scheduling and recruiting candidates for various IT, ITES and non IT companies in India.
