EcoUnit Ltd. was an importer and distributor of measuring instruments in Ukraine, mainly specializing in water testing and treatment equipment for household and industrial use. I was dealing with everyday company operations, strategy, negotiations with potential suppliers. Among my personal achievements: launch of EcoUnit own measuring instrument product line, development and introduction of CRM and product tracking systems.
