• To provide Service Ownership for Change Management through to the TSSI Change Management team. • To monitor and enforce compliance to the EVO Change Management process in accordance with SOX guidelines. • To provide Change Management for project and Release activities (projects including EVO on premise and EVO cloud and other systems currently in scope of change management)

To define, manage and execute the EVO Service & Asset Configuration Management strategy covering business processes, applications & infrastructure. Look for methods to leverage the data, and link to other tools (Solution Manager, BMC Atrium Discovery , Live Compare, BMC ITSM). Responsible for implementation and management of SAP Security tools (e.g. Check Aud).

- Responsible for Configuration Management: defining, implementing and managing an SAP EVO CMDB for day to day operations - Analyse methods, define strategy and implement to leverage and link the data to other tools (SAP Solution Manager, Remedy, ARSXLink, LiveCompare, BMC Atrium Discovery) - Responsible for the standardization of tools and processes for EVO Configuration management. - Provide impact analysis for Change Management.

Responsible to perform daily Application Operations, on call duty, project activities, deployment executions of Application services and Service Optimization. Responsible for delivering within the relevant SLA-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Following the SOX controls and their evidences. - Documenten Management Systems SAPERION (technical responsibility), - SAPRechnungsPrüfungsWorkflow (ReadSoft)

Provide 2nd level technical support to the customers, Applications and the system landscape of Windows (WinNT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003), Software management (SW inventory, SW license management), Asset management (HW inventory), Documenten Management Systems SAPERION (technical responsibility), SAP-RechnungsPrüfungsWorkflow, AVS WATERMARK - Koordinator and expert of Application Packaging (member of software standardization) - SPOC SW License management
