Systems Analyst specialised in Data analysis and Big Data with great expertise in SQL, Pentaho, PDI, databases and relational algebra. Other skills include mastery of programming languages such as Java and C++.

I have briefly worked as an administrative assistant civil servant in the city hall of Gravataí, shortly before starting work at Procempa. More specifically, I was assigned to work at the revenue service department, responsible for assisting bookkeepers and tax payers in filling in their tax forms. Although my stay at this job was brief, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I can say in earnest that the experience greatly accrued to my professional and personal growth.

I worked for 1 and a half years at the welfare office of the town of São Leopoldo, instructing vulnerable families seeking relief on the procedures and paths that can be taken to improve their staion in life. This was my first job as a civil servant, a position that is only attainable upon successfully obtaining a passing grade at a public contest (concurso público). This allowed me to see up close the role of the government to provide basic services and understand the real precepts of social justice.

Duties included handling massive volumes of inbound calls, providing customer service and remote support and helping customers understand the details of their invoice and, on occasion, sell internet and cable tv services and fixed landline plans and convince them to not cancel their subscription.

I started working at this company as an intern, eventually becoming a part-time English teacher. My professional routine included preparing classes, analysing study materials and guides, assessing students performance as users of English as a second language and provide them with pedagogical support whenever necessary.

This was an internship taken during my computer technician trade school course. Duties were mostly comprised of computer and network support for schools and aiding teachers and students in the use of computer resources towards education and learning activities.

Online learning degree in Game Design awarded as a dual degree along with Systems Analysis, the first being awarded in late 2018. Relevant coursework included technology classes centred around programming, sound production, motion capture and artificial intelligence. Business-oriented classes ranged from project management and software quality management concepts (mostly already covered during the Systems Analysis course) and marketing.

Post Graduation course about Data Sciences and all the interdisciplinary fields that make use of practices and algorithms to process and make sense of huge amounts of both structured and unstructured data, as well as the means to store, retrieve and manipulate them. Coursework included a brief overview of numeric sets, statistics, relational algebra, big data, Internet of Things, data bases and the common open source frameworks for data analylitcs and insights.

Higher Education degree in Systems Analysis

Post Graduation course about IT Governance, encompassing quality management, common frameworks for IT management e.g.: ITIL v3, Cobit 5 etc, information security, corporate governance, business management theory and history and best practices for process improvement techniques such as lean, six sigma, the 5S and Kaizen.

Undergraduate Degree granting eligibility for the teaching of English as a Second Language at primary, middle and high school level. Syllabus included the study of english grammar, syntax, literature and approaches to second language teaching, in addition to a compulsory practicum period.

Technical course for computer hardware, software and network maintenance. Other subjects include web design, programming, graphical design and animation.
