With more than a decade of professional & international experience in banking technology sector, I have grown across different roles from downstream implementation to upstream planning and strategy in the project lifecycle. Having a horizontal view and appreciation of different technology roles, I have leveraged my business education and knowledge to grow vertically in my sector to now work as a bridge between business and technology teams. Primarily working with senior business and technology stakeholders, I continue to own and deliver on business analysis, requirement gathering, scope management, change management related roles from small enhancements and new functionalities to large transformation projects across all areas of the banking product suite. Having worked in Germany, Spain, India and pursued an MBA in Germany I enjoy a strong and diverse international network professionally and personally.
