Hriday Chawla

Hriday is part of the banking and capital markets practice group at Osborne Clarke (Germany) and advises international banks and companies on debt financing transactions. He is a graduate of the LL.M. Finance program from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany. He has an Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, multi-geographical work experience and strong volunteer interests. With cross-sector experience, Hriday has gained legal and commercial insights in a wide range of matters. Colleagues and superiors know him as a skilled professional, having learned agility and lateral thinking, who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach and creative solution. Outside of work, Hriday is an avid wildlife photographer and an enthusiast of different cultures and places. He advocates the value of educating at-risk youth and enjoys the little things in life as he works towards his greater goal.
