With over 5 years of experience in the IT field, I have transitioned from initial roles in Technical Support to leading teams as a Project Manager in a Marketing and Technology company. I began my journey in the technology world as the primary point of contact for technical issue resolution and website administration. Since then, I have taken on roles of increasing responsibility, focusing on ensuring the uninterrupted operation of critical systems and leading teams to meet customer expectations. In addition, I have developed strong skills in project management, team leadership, technology equipment management and customer service. My proactive, results-oriented approach and analytical skills have enabled me to successfully tackle challenges and contribute to the growth of the organisations I have worked for. Currently, I am expanding my skills in Python and exploring the potential of AI and Blockchain.
