E2E test each Incoming and Outgoing EBS payment through the SEPA process to ensure amounts remain consistent throughout each process and systems involved; and ensure that predetermined charges are applied and displays correctly and that all amounts reflect as expected in each account as well as the output files generated from the overnight batch run and that reconciliation is correct. Functional regression test the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) functionality for Residential Gas customers and Commercial Electricity customers, by placing orders like: Change of Shipper – Customer Gains / Loss, Change of Tenancy – Customer Gains / Loss, Fit Meters, Submit Meter Reads, Network Exchanges, Special Read Requests.

Functional and regression test specified URLs / links / buttons / events / fields / new user registration / error messages / Express PayPal facility / different currencies selection / etc and ensure these were being correctly logged in the NetInsightUnica reporting tool. Used Bugtracker to log defects and track to completion

Test +70 Siebel Applets (APIs) to confirm personal customer information & bank details are hidden from unauthorised view when meeting certain requirements, in Siebel and Data Warehouse. Test Upgrade and Downgrade Etherflow orders from GLAN web-based application through to Siebel, via the Asidua Hub on New and Existing Etherways Extract, upload, activate and deactivate orders’ Assets to successfully progress the orders to completion in Siebel. Manually comparing test output rate figures against BT’s Rate-Calculation tool for every landline and mobile number for every country in the world. Test new discounts being introduced for voice and broadband bundles for residential and corporate customers through BT’s Retail Portal, Asidua HUB into Siebel + Workflows, to the billing in Arbor and ending with the printed customer bill. Send test-specific transactions between AIB SEPA payments, through a Java-based Interface tool to receive a unique referenced first response. Validate each payment is configured on the correct queue and confirm the results are as expected in AIB’s iFlex FLEXCUBE app along with an expected second response to the originating channel to confirm if the transaction is successful or not. Utilised iFlex, TOAD, QTP, Loadrunner, HP Quality Centre and Lotus Notes

Test BT’s Web Services Phase 1 & Build 6 projects by populating test-specific XML and executing them through SOAPSonar and tracing each XML through the BT process, ensuring the necessary APIs are run in sequence so as to progress the XMLs through the different stages to the point where a successful response is obtained OR raising defects in the case of unsuccessful responses. Used SOAPSonar, SOAPUI, TOAD, XMLSpy, HP Quality Centre and MS Outlook

Prepare Test Environments & streamline JCLs ready for releases. Run +100 JCLs manually & through OPCA job scheduler, to produce output and then transfer it to accessible locations for User validation.
