I worked on the New brand identity research, Special Print & Web design research and also for the Design quality check for the Outsourcing Magazine Designs. Supported the study and design quality improvement programs, performed design audit, Design Trainings, worked on the new project trials and also design support for the existing clients. I have worked with 18 McClatchy publishers on site, for the Web-based application training, support & workflow management.

As a Brand & Creative designer, I worked along with the clients to help them increase their brand perception by revamping their advertising proposition and design strategy through effective design management processes. I directed creative brochures, print advertisements, product design projects, corporate identity design projects.
