Scope includes Security Brief, Risk Assessment (SRA), Blast & Vehicle Dynamics Assessment, Security Strategy, Security Risk Management, Physical & Electronic Security Design, Support for Security Procurement, T&C and Project Handover, Policies & Procedures, Emergency Response, Recovery & Incident Management, Security Systems Survey, Audit & Recommendations

Work with MNCs in the APAC region taking care of all their security implementation projects, design the security systems, ensure delivery on time and in line with all security standards, improve security standards based on lessons learned. In some cases, based out of the client’s office to ensure best possible communication in shortest possible time. Lead project teams of engineers, technicians and third-party members in all countries of the APAC region.
