Providing national&international managers with competent advice in respect of all HR matters – predominantly in the Construction business, Marketing & Legal department (~250 employees). Tätigkeit im Bereich Business Partnering in der Personalabteilung. Der Bereich Business Partnering ist für die Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellung zuständig. Außerdem sind die Übernahme von Projekten in der Personalabteilung Teil der Tätigkeit.

Das Studium war in Theorie- und Praxisphasen gegliedert. Während der Praxisphasen arbeitete ich in der Personalabteilung. In jeder Praxisphase lernte ich einen neuen spannenden und herausfordernden Bereich aus dem HRM kennen. Gewählte Wahlpflichtmodule: 1. Intercultural Knowledge and Behaviour (durchgeführt in Istanbul) 2. Human Resource Management 3. Arbeits- und Sozialrecht 4. Jahresabschluss und Jahresabschlussanalyse
