Establishing project management procedures, leading the business operation. Assignment of personnel including job description and deliverables. Monitoring of all business activities and preparation of monthly reports to shareholders.

Main responsibilities: Timely fulfillment of all project activities. Ensuring that all tasks as directed by the General Manager are performed and in line with the contract. Co-ordination of Design, Engineering and Interfaces work with other departments, the client and other parties. Planning, co-ordination and supervision of the whole project.

Review and coordination of design drawings, documents and specifications, value engineering, client meetings and general client relation management, strategy budgeting for activities of Architectural Department, preparation of BOQs for architectural scope, interdisciplinary coordination of BOQs, interface matrix definition, technical review and coordination of main and subcontract documents,

Review and coordination of all MEP, facade, structural and architectural shop drawings, preparation of interdisciplinary coordinated architectural shop drawings, development of all applicable ceiling, wall and floor finishes according to the design documents, approved building physics, fire protection requirements and latest DIN- EN standards, technical clarification and coordination meetings on site with all subcontractors.

Review and coordination of all MEP, facade, structural and architectural shop drawings, preparation of interdisciplinary coordinated architectural shop drawings

Establishment of the architecture office HG. Design, Design planning and building of single-family houses (mainly leisure residences) in Northern Iran Main responsibilities: Preparation of design drawings and documents, preparation of all required documents and drawings for building certificate application and follow up with authorities, shop drawing production and BOQs, award of all structural, architectural and MEP works, site supervision.
