• Manage overall direction, coordination & evaluation of international commercial procedure through managing the 3 main subordinates of "International Commerce", "Foreign Procurement" and "Contracts", consisting of 14 members, including 3 supervisors and 10 commercial experts. • Plan, manage and improve all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc. • Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.

• Source qualified suppliers and provide a database of manufacturers and suppliers and establish an effective partnership with manufacturers, research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. • Implement procurement strategies to maintain the security of supply and optimum value for money.

• Launching first EBNER production line in the Middle East • Production setup, planning, control and reporting • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for mitigating safety risks and reducing cost in all related processes. • Performing the technical and commercial tender clarifications and preparing contracts based on international legal and commercial regulations

• Perform all procurement and contracting activities including sourcing, pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts. • Overseas purchases technical approval • Research and technical review of required manufacturing components to find the best material and production process considering service condition, quantity, price, production time, etc., to create the best deal for procurement of components.

• Manage production, quality control, maintenance, safety and logistics units with 150 subordinate • New product development • Costs and budget management

• Lead and manage production team. • Preparing production reports on a monthly basis and present to plant manager. • Applying new plans and implement standard processes to reduce waste and spare time consumption.

• Investigate, promote and optimize casting processes • Supervising performance of the welding processes tests and investigating the test reports. • Participate in technical and standard committees for development of welding processes • Optimize the methodology and execution of equipment repair and rebuild

• Innovative products development considering market research results and product strategy • Create new concepts, material selection, mockups, and support to finalize the prototypes • Metallurgical study on the product samples and interpreting the test reports • Investigate and review different types of metal coating to select the bests considering the service conditions.
