Support the HR Business Partner in all her HR activities for 400 people at European level, among them 250 in France - Ensure that HR policies, strategies and processes are effectively applied in collaboration with the managers; - Be the first HR representative to contact for employees; - Manage HR projects such as recruiting a 15 people task force and organizing communication events to raise awareness on HR Management.

Progr'ESC Rennes in an association from the ESC Rennes School of Business which aim is to make students sensitive to and act for equal opportunities. - Organize with a 3 members team of a 3 days event on disability; - Participate in the organization of a concert for 700 people to raise funds for cancer research.
