- Develop ATE test programs using instruments PS1600, AVI64, FVI16, etc. of Advantest V93000 test platform. - Debug and fix test program issues - Define test methodologies and test cases for customers including test optimization. - Document test implementation methodologies - Do test program conversion from another ATE platform to V93000 platform.

- Develop solutions for "Pass Checkers Failed Devices" working with Field engineers to understand customer device program issues - Develop test programs; validation and verification of new instrument and/or technologies - HW and SW instrument design verification using various test methodologies - Develop test coverage, planning, and procedure for instrument design and performance verification - Support new product transfer startup/set-up, and the improvement of the failure analysis process

- lead transfer engineer for repair support and upgrade of Teradyne ATE instruments - involve in engineering failure analysis and resolution to improve yield - system and instrument level troubleshooting - lead and work with other engineers in product reliability improvement activities - Resolves key customer issues through product root cause analysis and facilitates preventive and corrective actions - Facilitates investigation of PCFD and SPR cases

- Develop and implement test programs and protocols to validate softwares developed for automotive control modules: interior and exterior lights, bootloader, network management, and diagnostics
