-Develop a detailed project management plan to track progress -Develop, monitor, report and integrate project schedules -Perform delay and risk analysis on schedules -Generate Project's Initial Operating Budget and revisions -Develop, monitor, report, and update cash flow -Develop procurement plan and schedule -Assist to build tender management plan and preparation of contracts, and make selection decisions for contractors -Scope, resource, client, and subcontractor management

-Generate Project's Initial Operating Budget and revisions, track progress with proper reports -Work out the forecast production over time and the relevant estimated costs -Define Budget available funds for each item of the procurement plan -Analyze the differences between the estimated and the actual values of the projected, and give notice of overruns and underruns -Update the Commitment Plan budgetwise -Prepare the deductions of subcontractor based on the agreements -Check the machinery efficiency

-Develop process schedule of all departments and coordinate them according to approved schedule for all contracts -Track the schedule with proper tools and techniques such as S curve and Earned Value Analysis; take precautions to keep work on schedule and make delay analysis for claim -Within the specified authority perform all correspondence of projects -Hold meetings at regular intervals to inform project manager about the developments, and follow up the action items

-Monitor the execution of project requirements by checking against compliance with the law and contract provisions as well as with technical specs, design drawings, and time schedules -Track subcontractor and production unit’ performance -Care for the adoption of safety rules -Take care that the activities carried out in accordance with contract specifications, the works program, the technical instructions and any other provision of the Project Management Plan (PMP) -Tracks material needs and requests

-Prepare of periodic contractual reports for the client (daily, weekly, monthly) -Monitor and update contractual work program -Follow up progress of works on site and prepare progress layouts -Prepare earned-actual value graphs and reports -Make unit-price analysis to find alternatives for procurement.
