    Freelance Machine Learning Engineer

    Myself

Several Machine Learning products using Python and Gephi. Heavy use of word2vec, Pandas, NumPy, NetworkX and PyTorch. I have been working on the following projects: · A sales predictor, a keywords extractor and a book sentiment analysis for an important book distributor. · A Python program which analyzes chemical reaction networks to determine multistationarity. Currently working on a Machine Learning optimization to permit feasibility of a crucial, exponential part of the algorithm, for large networks.

    Teaching Assistant

    Universidad de Buenos Aires

UBA is #73 worldwide and the best in Latinoamerica. Some of the subjects I taught: - Probability and Statistics: discrete and continuous random variables, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing. We make heavy use of the programming language R. I am currently preparing a class on statistical analysis. - Numerical methods (for differential equations, interpolation, numerical integration, linear systems, least squares). Subject includes octave/matlab/python projects. Two semesters.

LaFHIS (The Laboratory on Foundations and Tools for Software Engineering)

LaFHIS is a research lab at UBA. Our broad interest lies in the use of automated techniques to support analysis of software engineering artefacts including requirements, design and code. My main responsibilities have been: · Designing mathematical representation techniques to automatically and safely bind (parametric) resource consumption of Java programs. · Creating new Java modules to support processing of previously unanalyzable programs. · Maintaining a working, updated version on my github

    Exploits Analyst

    Core Security

Core Security is a cybersecurity company based in the US. There, I was an intern there for six months. Besides learning about antivirus evasion, I applied Model Checking, Linear Algebra and Hashing techniques in the development of a game - Sokohash - that could be solved with theorem provers like Z3 but not by force. It was used in EkoParty 2015 (a cybersecurity annual conference). More information (and a solution) here: https://bit.ly/2SbaoUR

    Big Data Engineer

    Grandata

Grandata is a San Francisco-based company that leverages advanced research in Human Dynamics (the application of “big data” to social relationships and human behavior) to identify market trends and predict customer actions. They work for leading Telecom and financial services firms. · Helped designing the original backend. · Automated pipeline using Python, C++, Bash and complex SQL queries. · Incorporated Machine Learning POCs from the Labs team.
