I am Guido Mutsaers, chemical engineer. My passion is performing (industrial) R&D work. I have extensive experience in physical chemical research on laboratory and production scale. Hands on mentality and eager to learn. Important for me is the acquisition of new knowledge and skills from my job and trainings to follow. I am doing my working in an analytical manner. Understanding of problems is important to me to find solutions. Formulating theories and testing these with experiments is a method of working that appeals to me. In all this I do not lose sight of the ultimate objective of the project. I also find it a challenge to be involved in conducting experiments on a lab and production scale. I like it to transfer knowledge to students and colleagues. Extensive experience in developing formulations for coating compounds and coatings, production processes and material research.
