Solid production Department responsible

To plan production in accordance with daily/monthly/annual requirements.To increase productivity.Ensuring production requirements are met at optimal cost.To ensure the proper use and maintenance of granulation equipments on time.Providing training of production personel.Ensuring that corrective/preventive actions are taken about potential production problems. . To participate in the production of new products and development of existing products. Ensuring process personnel comply with safety procedures.

To lead the production team in order to produce liquid&semi-solid forms including Packaging Operations.Planning the manufacturing process.To make the major maintanence plans to be all equipments are in good conditions.Manage the equipment and process validations with QA department. Attending FAT and SAT tests Executing change control, risk management procedures.Training the staff in order to achieve production goals.Cooperating with R&D department for new products.Preparing batch record documents, and SOPs.

Planning manufacturing proses; tablets,coated tablets,enteric coated tablets,sustained/modified release tablets,capsules and granuls.Preparing the solid production department for GMP Audits.Training the operators according to annual plan and forming/revision the (SOPs).Fulfilling of procurement and purchase of spare parts and expendable supplies at Solid Production Department.Executing process/cleaning validations for the products with cooperating QA.Evaluation performance and qualification of personel.
