- Create Lean Production Training Materials and execute trainings in global (America, China, Europe, APAC) - Enhance operation KPIs by designing and leading lean production workshops collaborating with cross functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, R&D, SCM) - Establish Global Best Practice Benchmarking Environment and roll out across worldwide organization - Manage Lean/Kaizen hands on workshops with a potential of high impact to the business, in a culturally diverse group

- Promote Toyota Production System principles in Assembly, Welding, Paint, Plastics Shops - Provide coaching of the Lean manufacturing methodology to suppliers by leading workshops - Lead projects to improve productivity, quality, logistic, capacity, cost performance - Give Lean Production training to engineers, production leaders (Just In Time, Jidoka (Quality) , Conveyor Line Production, Lead Time Map, Offline Area Management, 4S) - Fulfillment of Lean Trainer Training (certified by Toyota Japan)
