Projects: TEA Injection Module to produce Butane-1 (axen’s alphabutol technology) EDC cracker Unit for Solvay France, EDC cracker Unit Ocean king china HPCL Visakh Refinery Residual Up Gradation Facility. (L&T Hydrocarbon) • Involved in detail layout engineering, coordination & monitoring of TEA Injection module, EDC Cracker, RUF project Fire Heater area layout, its associated piping and support arrangement up to the interface (Including skid piping).

Project: Tank overfill Protection, MP steam Modification Project ( Essar oil UK). Involved in detail engineering of Tank overfill protection, MP steam header modification along with team handling. Involved in Plant design & piping for various projects which gave me exposure to piping deliverable, Area handling experience along with work front planning & team handling. I developed various technical & software skills along with interdisciplinary co-ordination for inputs to develop layout and piping

Project: Future Growth Project by TCO Kazakhstan. • Involved in detail engineering and worked in Fuel gas module, seal gas compressor, rack, and stick-built area. • Detail layout engineering of KO Drum, filter, condensate drum and heat exchanger Using SP3D in co-ordination with the Farnborough team. • Equipment layout & Study piping, line routing and supporting using SP3D in line with ASME, TCO standard, PWI, ENG bulletin. • Equipment model, Nozzle orientation, piping routing, supporting

Project: New gathering Facility (Kuwait Oil Company). • Involved in detail engineering of various process units include layout & piping aspect of different process equipment such as separator, desalter, air cooler, exchanger, and pump. • Develop 3D model (Equipment, piping, supporting) using Aveva PDMS.

Project: CFI Port Neal. • Responsible for handling Layout activity related to Urea Granulation wet part Area under the guidance of a lead engineer. • Preparation of Equipment & Piping GA Drawing using PDMS, Study piping, line routing of Rack piping, Pump piping, Exchanger piping, Granulator Drum piping Using PDMS. • Developing of the 3D model in PDMS and readiness for its review.
