Lead team of 10 plastic molding buyers based across Czech Republic, Germany, France and Italy. Responsible at EMEA level for strategies and all purchasing volumes across manufacturing sites to lead bundle. Finalize the commodity roadmap 2016-2020 for KPI achievements and team and talent development. Accomplish the best result for QCD. Commodity spend 245 Mio $. Create the right team spirit which leads to accomplish the target.

Lead team of 4 plastic moulding buyers based across Hungary, Czech Republic, Germany and France. Negotiations with suppliers for the sub-commodity thermoplastic. Finalize the commodity roadmap 2014-2017 for KPI achievements and team and talent development. Increase capacity and finalize the LTA to secure the business and saving.
