Co-created and standardized a Real Estate business from concept to development and managed to generate a sustainable amount cash flow in a period of 3 years. Developed a Marketing Plan to advertise properties to the general public via networking, brochures, ads and multiple listing services to maximize exposure. Organized and maintained a large client base by meeting needs and providing exceptional customer service. Negotiated contracts and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and inspectors.

Executed my Thesis Project and I was responsible for strategic planning, development and achievement of goals and communication with suppliers and logistics. Developed marketing campaigns introducing my product into the market. Calculated, prepared, and issued bills and invoices. Prepared account statements.

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services, negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. In addition, I filled the position of Assistant Manager, in which I performed weekly and monthly reports to the Business Manager.
