I oversaw all EMEA logistics operations, outsourced freight, global trade compliance, and programming activities. In the logistics structure were now 3 warehouses, 1 programming center, and some 950 staff. From our locations in EMEA we helped realize around 5 BLN US$ in annual sales. With our portfolio of 600,000 SKU´s and numerous supply chain solutions we serviced around 40,000 customers in the region.

Responsible for all logistics in the region, including warehousing, freight and programming. Strong focus on logistics footprint optimization, quality of service and employee satisfaction.

EGL’s services were captured in 4 product groups: Air, Ocean, Road and Logistics. Within EMEIA, I was responsible for the logistics product in the region, reporting to the Director Benelux and to Executive Vice President for the region. My main responsibilities were the reorganization of the Born, Netherlands site, followed by the development of the Logistics service offering in EMEIA. This included defining the strategic positioning of Logistics and selling the service both internally and externally.

Overall responsibility for the Hungarian organization within Rynart. Sales, warehouse operations, Hungarian distribution, EMEA fleet control.

Responsible for operations in the EMEA Fulfilment Center, roughly 250 FTE, and held several other roles: Supervisor, Transportation Buyer
