- Leading the implementation of the self-service portal for Tele2 customers, with a team of 15-20 people and a budget of ~1,2 Mil EUR. During 1,5 years there were 2 phases successfully deployed. - Planning and tracking all activities, using Scrum methodology. - Estimations and budget planning for the entire project. - Management of external partners, for GUI design, development and testing. - Periodic reporting to the project owners and the board.

- Leading a small team of 3-4 testers, responsible for testing the whole tax refund solution at Global Blue. - Sole responsible for testing activities related to Payments and Refund Point modules. - Coordinate integration tests with Payments providers (CC companies and banks).

- Leading a team of 5-8 testers responsible for functional testing of Amdocs products implementations (Billing system, Self Service and Qpass Digital Commerce) for several big accounts (AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone, Mobilkom Austria). - Performance evaluation and definition of personal development plans for the team members. - Involved in Defect Management, Risk Management, Release Management and User Acceptance Test activities, on customer premises. - Involved in methodology and processes improvement

- Test Engineer (senior position since September 2005) involved in design and test execution for several Amdocs products (Billing and Self Service system). - Analyze customer requirements - Prepare test design, assuring 100% coverage of all the business and technical requirements - Test execution and defects detection - Defect management activities (follow up with development on defect fixing). - User Acceptance Test support on customer premises
