Dr. Gabriele Helfert

I manage the portfolio of 15 MSc programmes (2,300 graduate students) at an international business school based at a renowned Dutch research university. In collaboration with the academic directors I orchestrate the strategic development of existing and new programmes and initiate new delivery modes and service innovations. I am responsible for educational policy development and quality control on the master level and line-manage a total of 13 programme managers and programme assistants.

Responsible for preparation, data collection, organisational process and editing activities of (re-) accreditations, evaluations and business school rankings. Analysis of outcomes and results. Participation in policy initiatives and implementation of policy and quality improvements. Policy advice to the Executive Board of the school.

Managing Web and mobile projects as well as the School's intranet.

Managing projects in the area of sustainability and environmental protection. Leading working groups on sustainable facility management, PR and communication, management of social media, organization of publicity events, photography and documentation, office management. Editorial support in the area of environmental policies, globalization and eco-certification.

Responsible for building and extending board-room level contacts with global companies, managing day-to-day interactions with companies, actively engaging other relevant parties in the EU and globally, and leading internal project teams on IT, major grant applications (in the EU, etc.) and external relations /PR, in close cooperation with a variety of other parties within the School.

My specialties include architectural, travel and commercial event photography, but I am also available for private events and portrait shoots (indoor or outdoor). Reliable, fast, reasonable rates.
