Joined Ericsson in the IT Strategic Sourcing team, being responsible IT HW category. Orchestrated the successful implementation of demand management for all area assets, enhancing the visibility of performance measures and improving internal efficiency and control. Saved $9.8M, within 1st year, working on HW, SW and XaaS strategic projects by evaluating, selecting, managing and negotiating with suppliers across all assigned IT projects.
Promoted into a strategic role, delivering $3.2M in savings on $46M spend, exceeding AOP targets with $440K, trough active suppliers’ negotiations and coordination of 5 regional buyers. Developed and executed sourcing strategies to optimize supply base for precision commodity, including negotiations, bundling, dual sourcing, resourcing and VE activities, resulting in 5% reduction.
Managed direct spend for the precision commodity. Achieved €2.5M in savings on €17M spend and increased production capacity with 10%, by outsourcing core SWA process. Saved €13.8M and mitigate the material patent risk, by dual sourcing of critical products for gasoline programs. Minimizing risk exposure from €9.8M to €3.2M by leading a task force to assure supply contingency, investments and assets recovery, for bankruptcy supplier.
