1 ) Reference person for the IT department - establishment and implementation of an enterprise resource planning system in the company - connection of the internal systems with different sales platforms - adapting the system to the different requirements of various departments 2 ) interim Customer Service Manager - definition of customer service processes with respect to the business needs and the expected quality of services - training of new customer service employees

1 ) definition , implementation and evaluation of global strategies for the product - coordination and cooperation with the various departments - creation of internal and external communications regarding product development 2) Project management in an international company (France, Germany , the Philippines and Canada ) - requirements analysis - planning and task break-down - collaborative project management with all involved departements - post project evaluations

1) establishing the international customer service - coordinating the different departements and countries (France, Germany, the Philippines, Canada, USA and Ireland) - hiring new employees (french and/or german) - defining and implementing the CS processes and quality assurance 2) managing a french/german team 3) organising and carrying out trainings in German, Englich and French
