Third Party Inspection. Evaluate damage state on various pressure retaining components and deliver solutions. Witnessing Hydro tests of the boiler, tanks, and several pressure vessels, visual inspection of the boiler, piping, tanks, hangers, and critical components.  Administer welding procedure certification and qualification. Organise NDT (PT, MT, UT and UTG) and appraise the NDT reports.

Acted as a conscientious Vendor Inspector, Expeditor & NDT Inspector for all mechanical Instruments, such as Pressure vessels, Tanks, Piping, Valves, and Pumps for Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries.  Executed witness tests as mechanical, functional, static, and performance tests, leak and hydrostatic/pneumatic tests inspection, and expedited as a GE Oil & Gas qualified Inspector at numerous sites in Germany and Europe.

Quality Surveillance Inspection during Construction / Testing / Repairs on the pipeline under DEKRA Incos GmbH. Scope of work: Review Drawings, Visual Inspection welds/pipes, Witness Non-Destructive Testing, Witness Hydrostatic Pressure Test, Review Non-Destructive Testing Reports, Review Material Certificates. Final inspections before putting in service
