My responsibilities as SPO for components of the Connected Vehicles include: - Goal definition for the components and team members assigned to me, while taking into account the business requirements and the product vision - Requirement formulation, taking into account costs and team capacities - monitoring of the release cycles with regard to development progress and final acceptance - problem management and the removal of obstacles that jeopardize the achievement of goals

As a consultant at Concept Reply, a leading service provider in the field of IoT technologies, I design and develop customer‐specific solutions based on the latest state of the art technologies. Due to the variety of projects and my responsible roles, I was able to gain experience in the areas of project management, solution architecture, software development and IT operations.

My responsibility as team lead laid in customer and project management. In doing so, I ascertained, specified, designed and coordinated the requirements in direct dialogue with the customer. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining the product backlog and planning and monitoring the timely implementation. I was also directly responsible for developing, reviewing and monitoring the infrastructure and implementation, both as developer and project lead.
