•As a project management leader I was responsible for the redesign of the distribution logistic model in Nestle Petcare Spain before to SAP integration. This involved warehouse and transportation redesign; Further I was responsible to manage the action plan related to logistic operations. •Coordinated cost reduction project in logistic warehouses •To define and implement logistic tenders and RFQ •Negotiate logistic contracts with 3PL’s and strengthened commercial and operational relationship with 3PL

•Manage and coordinate operational processes in a multi-client warehouse of 15.000m2 •Lead the operational and commercial negotiations with the logistic contract-clients of the wh: BBraun, Omega Pharma, Akzo Nobel, Decathlon •Daily tasks included: - Taking care of customers needs and requirements, - Contract and rates negotiations with clients, - FTE control and cost accounts controlling, - Performing weekly operation’s budget, - Daily operation reports and meetings - 5s and Lean warehousing

•Performing and leading the launch of 6 Sigma methodology in A/V site •6 Sigma Training to the whole organization; performing training plan and certifying internal 6 Sigma to the employees •Special focus on operational cost reduction projects, achieving a cost saving reduction of 550kE leading 12 operational projects •Performing internal quality and process audits •Coordinate 5s activities in the production shop floor •Lead weekly action plan in quality process issues of production lines
