Consummated more than 45 interviews on monthly basis and was responsible of the employment of 25 applicants a month. Prepared the written tests for new comers and assisting the superiors with organizing the paper work after conducting interviews. Provided feedbacks for superiors after conducting initial interviews and written tests.
