Das beinhaltet die Konzeption und Umsetzung einer Marketing-Strategie, um Fresh Energy's Wachstumspläne zu realisieren, aber vor allem die operative Umsetzung dieser Aktivitäten: - Set-up und Optimierung von Facebook Werbeanzeigen (Conversion Ads und Lead Ads) - Set-up und Optimierung von SEA-Aktivitäten - Set-up von Email-Marketing-Aktivitäten und Implementierung - (On-page) Conversion-Optimierung

Participant in the digital development program at innogy SE with a focus on digital product management/development. I am working on digital product management and innovation projects at innogy SE mainly in the B2C sector that require product management, digital marketing or software development capabilities. I am a great supporter of developing products based on Design Thinking principles and the Lean Start Up mentality.

Successfully completed the International Graduate Program at RWE, one of Germany's largest utilities. In the nearly two years I have managed and worked in various projects in the innovation and business development area and I have gained substantial knowledge of and practical experience in innovation methods and tools (especially Lean Startup and Design Thinking) and project management. I further developed a detailed understanding of the energy industry and European energy markets.

Supported and consulted Maastricht Instruments BV, the commercial incubator of the Maastricht Hospital, with market research and a market entry strategy for the NICU, a neonatal transportation device as part of my master program at Maastricht University.

Worked for EuroFibers, a SME in the technical fiber industry, during my studies recreating and updating their homepage in WordPress.

Interned at Höveler Holzmann Consulting, a consulting company specialized in procurement and purchasing. Worked on the preparation and organization of tenders, evaluated offers from suppliers and participated in negotiations with suppliers.

Worked as board member and head of consulting and events for the student initiative MTP at Mannheim University. I was responsible for the organization, calculation and realization of recruiting events (workshops, lectures, trips) of large companies like Groupon, McKinsey, L'Oréal and others. Further I headed a small team of students that worked for Siemens in a consulting project and as board member I took responsibility for the overall operation and success of the student initiative.

Interned at KPMG in the audit department and worked in a small team for SME and corporates.
