• Responsible for tender customers and customer relations in Intercontinental Supply Chain Solutions (ISC) team, • Organizing the daily FCL, LCL, weekly console shipments and hazardous material cargo shipments to Europe/Asia/Africa in the FMS team, • Liaising with the Exporter/Carrier/Origin offices all the way through from booking to the delivery to consignee, keeping customer updated at all times on delays etc.

• Ordering, tracking, reporting, loading and shipping operations for overseas consumers, • Ensuring coordinaton with customs and transport companies, • Preparing and finalzaton of export files, follow-up of costs incurred as a result of customs procedures and transportation operations, • To make logistics planning of foreign trade operations, • Making and finalizing the special permit applications requred for export transactions to the relevant institutions and organizations.
