Blackbird Collective helps startups and mid-sized companies hire the right people. We are a small team based in Berlin with a network of researchers around the world. We believe in modern approaches to working and for this reason we follow a four day work week, where each of us can be location independent.

- Source of medical personnel for hospitals and nursing homes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - Register candidates, organize screening interviews to establish German level, organize telephone and personal interviews, coach candidates for the interview. - Keep databases of candidates and positions up to date; marketing campaigns - Business development on hospitals, nursing homes and recruitment agencies from Germany

- Recruitment of medical personnel from Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria for hospitals in Germany, UK and Ireland - Scheduling and organizing phone screens, on site interviews, trial days - Utilizing social media, social networks and other internet recruiting resources to source and contact candidates - Marketing campaigns; Participation on recruitment events (in Romania and abroad)
