-Working as part of Professional Service department for Software Solution. -Responsible for three Compliance Solutions (AML - Anti-Money Laundering, KYC - Know your customer, and Embargo transaction screening) running simultaneously at the largest bank in the country

-Diagnoses and resolves problems in response to IT reported incidents. -Court Integrated Case Management Information System (ICMIS). -Court sessions audio recording system (RDA). -Administrator of court security system. -Backup court critical software systems. -Webmaster of court website. -Configuration of peripherals, workstations, LAN/WAN components, and printers. -Installs and configures court approved software applications, troubleshoots & maintains all hardware/software applications.

-Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining ERP partner software. -Supporting ERP sales module of over 100 clients.

Custom software installation, configuration and maintenance. Data recovery from erased or faulty HDD. Diagnose equipment failures and carry out preventive maintenance tasks on microcomputer, all types of printers, and peripherals. Installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV security and alarm systems. Investigate LAN/WAN failures, carry out repair on equipment or completely replace it if necessary. Keep correct record of asset management tracking, inventory control and spare parts.
