    One of the projects within the total Jumbo S/4 transformation program is the implementation of S/4HANA at the distribution centers. In this project I’ve been responsible for preparing fit-to-standard workshops together with business representatives, conducting the fit-to-standard workshops, identifying gaps, designing a high level solution concept for these gaps, aligning the solution concept with the pathfinders/solution architects and presenting it to the project team.

    After implementing S/4HANA Kiremko was experiencing a variety of problems. Next to supporting and advising on improvements in the ETO process my main tasks were to re-structure the subcontracting processes using subcontracting MRP areas, improving master data quality and maintenance processes with a focus on MRP parameters, improving and simplifying spare part sales processes, advising on the total production planning process en ecouraging the business to start using Fiori apps instead of transaction codes

    Dutch Seafood Company

    After the merger of Klaas Puul and Foppen into the Dutch Seafood Company in 2018 it was decided to implement SAP S/4HANA using the existing SAP system of Klaas Puul as a basis. In my role as lead consultant order-to-cash and procure-to pay I was responsible for preparing and conducting solution validation workshops, delta design workshops, setting up the enterprise structure and customsing,. Unfortunately the project was put on hold after a takeover of Klaas Puul by Sykes Seafood.

    Klaas Puul

    Klaas Puul migrated from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in 2019. In this migration project my main tasks were to optimise the customer/vendor integration and the business partner setup. In 2020 Klaas Puul started an onboarding project with Albert Heijn. In this project I acted as a solution architect responsible for designing the solution concept, designing the EDI mapping, coordinating the EDI implementation with Albert Heijn, XPO, Basware and Klaas Puul, customizing, testing and key user training.

    Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe

    Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe were planning to replace their current non-SAP ERP system with SAP S/4HANA and decided to perform a feasibility study first. My responsibilities in this feasibility study included presenting the benefits of S/4HANA, making a recording of a demo for the board of Hitachi in Japan, scoping the S/4HANA system in terms of best practices and identified gaps, estimating the workload for implementing best practices and gaps as well as for many interfaces with other systems.

    Würth Group

    Diffutherm and Kisling, two companies of the Chemicals business unit of Würth started the replacement of their non-SAP ERP systems with SAP S/4HANA as a joined project. My tasks in this project included presales activities to win the project, solution validation workshops, delta design workshops, alignment with Würth Itensis (Swiss IT organisation of Würth), and FineSolutions (Supplier of current solution for export processes of Kisling), key user trainings, functional specifications, customising.

    In 2016 I participated in the very first SAP S/4HANA on premise implementation (release 1511) in the Benelux when Everlam decided to replace their current SAP ECC system with S/4HANA. As the lead consultant order-to-cash and shipping I was not only responsible for the implementation of the existing processes but also for a number of improvements that we did in parallel, eg traceability of returnable packaging materials, interfacing with the Logistics Service Provider, serial number scanning

In this project I acted as a solution architect and lead consultant order-to-cash, shipping & export. Next to that I implemented the legal control process in SAP required for managing licenses to sell and ship dual use products.

    Goal of this project was to develop a SAP template for GEA Food Solutions and to rollout this template to the four production sites. As the lead consultant my responsibilities included blueprinting, building the template (customising), creating functional specifications, testing , training and migration. Special achievement was the implementation of a SAP addon for integration with UPS, TNT, FedEx.

    Tosoh Bioscience Diagnostics Europe

    For Tosoh we developed a template consisting of SAP ECC integrated with SAP CRM and did the rollout to the European headquarters in Belgium as well as to various other European countries. Next to the standard activities for developing a template and doing the rollout my responsibilities included the solution design and implementation of extensive sales contract management as well an advanced planning concept for car stocks of service engineers using MRP areas.
