Senior member of legal team for $1.9 billion global industrial company serving the automotive, aerospace/defense, home appliances, and other markets. Counseled management worldwide on all regulatory and compliance matters, including export controls, trade regulation, anti-bribery, and securities. Advised management on contracts, and on all securities and corporate governance matters, and served as Assistant Secretary. Managed two-attorney European law department, located in the Netherlands.
