My background includes leading operations, teams, and customer relations to propel efficient, seamless operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and first-rate product and service quality. I am also fluent in English, Turkish, Arabic and Georgian. Highlights of my experience include my current position as F&B Director at Movenpick Zagreb, 5 years of experience as Food & Beverage Manager in The Pucić Palace hotel (the only 5-star hotel in Dubrovnik Old Town), including managing fine dining establishments, such as La Capella restaurant, Razonoda Wine Bar and Royal restaurant, all part of Pucić Palace hotel as well as a position in F&B Team of Rixos Dubrovnik. Prior to that, for 15 years I have been working in capacity of the Manager of the fine dining fish restaurant Trilye in Ankara. I would like to emphasize that I am an expert for world and Croatian wines with multiple certificates and education courses (WSET 3rd degree ).
