- Coordination of Salesforce activities such as reporting, forecasting, opportunity tracking & analytics - Market research & analytics for new potential business with existing customers - Creation of customized newsletters and presentation for internal stakeholders - Salesforce training for new account managers

- Ensuring that all importing and exporting goods are compliant with government imposed regulations - Reviewing and approving import and export documentation - Tracking, approving & reporting orders of subsidiaries - Supporting the team with overall foreign trade and logistics activities
