I'm a seasoned PM leader having managed a wide and diverse product portfolio. I've simultaneously led 5 products including the full range of PM responsibilities from design, planning, development, pricing to GTM and delivery. My products were diverse from APIs, full developer coding platforms (FaaS), B2C conferencing tools, Construction-tech software . I managed a team of 13 Customer-facing CS Technical Account Managers which is where my managerial competency and love for leadership stems. My entire career has been surrounding customer interactions and relationship management. From small one-person e-commerce clients to major Telcos and Banks of the world. I have been people leader in both Product and CS roels and led my org through a transformation of service offering, process alignments and helped my people steer their careers. I love this intersection of when tech & product meets people and generates value.
