As a director of the Ipsos global team offering professional consultancy on all data collection, quality control, pricing, project management matters worldwide for 86 IPSOS countries. • Managing CEE (Czech Rep, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Slovenia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia) directly in the project migration to the new fieldwork management system like senior expert.

• Controlling and supervising the roll-out of the new integrated fieldwork management system in all 86 IPSOS countries incooperation with 3 people per country, altogether cc.240 people. Training all parties separately (researchers, clients, fieldwork teams, quality control teams) in the whole process. It means cc. 70 trainings in 60-90 minutes online where 3-25 people were attend, altogether 550-600 people.

Monitoring the newly deployed integrated fieldwork management usage in all 86 IPSOS countries. • Providing additional guidance on process improvements in the new system management particularly in emerging and developing markets (LaTam, APAC, SSA, MENA) to support the transition from other platform, and ensuring that legacy processes and platforms are decommissioned.

Management and organization of work of the Operation department with 32 people Recruit and Ensure the operation with the external supplier who worked for the company. International involvement in global multi-country project as operations representative of Hungary (e.g. BEEPS, FRA, EWCS). Auditing the company according to the ISO 20252:2012. Responsibility on the P&L (Profit and Loss) management.

Management and organisation of work of the fieldwork department with 12 people. Recruit and Ensure the operation with the external supplier who worked for the company. Experiences in all data collection methodologies, mostly in Face to Face CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing). Coordinate International multi-country projects. Auditing the department according to the ISO 20252:2012. Pricing all Face to Face projects.

Learn the specificities of the Face to Face methodology on paper and on laptop. • Arranging and conducting quantitative surveys. Managing a number of successful projects, always keeping in mind the quality. Experiences in all data collection methodologies, mostly in Face to Face CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing) and CLT (Central Location Test).

Arranging with day to day marketing tasks including email campaigns, social media, event organization and reporting. Handle and updating the company’s website. Translating marketing materials from German to Hungarian. • Cooperation with the main product supplier (ESSER) from Germany whose products the company represented.
