I work as a Global Senior Product Development Manager for DHL Supply Chain, focusing on our returns and reverse logistics services. I enable DHL to offer best-in-class returns services by optimizing our process and systems capabilities for returns. I educate and collaborate with our global sales teams to offer returns solutions fitting our customers' needs, while guiding operational stakeholders in continuous improvement initiatives for our existing operations. I’m excited to empower DHL's global customers in managing their returns sustainably while maximizing value recovery. When I'm not on the job, you can find me running beside the Rhine, volunteering, or indulging in my love for classic literature.
