Service agent for CONTI 360 (Continental Tyres) for Italy and UK. Answer calls from customers in need of assistance on roadside breakdowns, or normal workshop jobs. Control and process invoices requests from Conti Service Partners and issue final invoices. Keep contact with the back offices via phone and e-mail to assure excellent and prompt assistance to the customer. Creating and optimizing new training manuals and training new members of the team.

Inform callers on application status using the database. Guide applicants through the different steps of the application using the Embassies website. Advise callers on different procedures in order to obtain passports and visas.

Take inbound calls in English and Italian for the European and American market. Make reservations for customers, give information to callers on the different locations, hotels and resorts all over the world. Guide customers through the process of the reservation. Offer different rates and package
